Retourneren
Kan ik mijn product retourneren?
De Consument heeft het recht de Overeenkomst met betrekking tot de aankoop van een Product te ontbinden binnen veertien (14) kalenderdagen na aflevering het Product en de plicht het Product vervolgens binnen veertien (14) dagen na ontbinding retour te zenden. Voor gepersonaliseerde goederen geldt het in dit genoemde herroepingsrecht niet.
Indien de Consument gebruik maakt van dit herroepingsrecht stelt hij E-Shock daarvan binnen de hiervoor bedoelde veertien (14) kalenderdagen per e-mail op de hoogte. De Consument kan hiervoor gebruik maken van het als bijlage I bijgevoegde modelformulier voor herroeping, maar is hier niet toe verplicht. De Consument is hierbij niet verplicht de reden van de ontbinding te vermelden. Na ontbinding ontvang de Consument vervolgens per e-mail een instructie van E-Shock over de voorgeschreven wijze van retourzending van het Product.
Zo snel mogelijk, maar binnen veertien (14) kalenderdagen na ontbinding van de Overeenkomst, zendt de Consument het Product retour aan E-Shock. Het risico en de bewijslast voor de juiste en tijdige uitoefening van het herroepingsrecht ligt bij de Consument.
Retourzendingen worden uitsluitend geaccepteerd indien het Product (in originele verpakking) en onbeschadigd is. Het uitgangspunt hierbij is dat de Consument het Product slechts mag hanteren en inspecteren zoals hij dat in een winkel zou mogen doen. Retourzendingen dienen deugdelijk verpakt te zijn. De kosten voor retourzendingen zijn voor rekening van de Consument. Indien geleverde Producten beschadigd, dan wel defect geleverd zijn, komen kosten voor de retourzending voor rekening van E-Shock.
Producten die ongefrankeerd worden geretourneerd worden niet door E-Shock in ontvangst genomen en doen geen afbreuk aan de in Artikel 6.2 genoemde termijn.
E-Shock stuurt na ontvangst van het Product een ontvangstbevestiging aan de Consument. Binnen 14 (veertien) kalenderdagen na ontvangst van de retourzending van het Product vergoedt E-Shock de betaling van het Product aan de Consument, waaronder ook begrepen de verzendkosten als bedoeld in Artikel 4.3 voor zover deze verzendkosten op basis van deze Voorwaarden voor rekening zijn van E-Shock.
Garantie
Hoeveel garantie heb ik op mijn product?
Je krijgt op alle producten minimaal 2 jaar garantie op fabricagefouten. Je product zou namelijk bij normaal gebruik de eerste 2 jaar niet stuk mogen gaan. Gebeurt dit toch, neem dan zeker contact op met onze klantendienst.
